Gross is not Gross(as in you would ‘Boss’), but rather ‘Grose’, as in ‘Rose’.
Spanner is not ‘Spun-Nur’ or ‘Spun-Nah’, but simply ‘Span-Nur’.
Ensemble is ‘On-som-ble’.
